Benenden's - Your Community Shop

Welcome to Benenden's Community Shop - run by the community for the community

GENERAL STORE

Benenden’s aims to stock the items that are needed by our local community and visitors, from affordable basics to local specialities and treats.  We’re keen to know if there is anything that you think we should add, so please do let us know if there is something which you would like to see on our shelves.

CAFÉ

Whether it’s a bright summer’s day or the depths of winter Benenden’s Café will always welcome you. Enjoy a savoury snack or a cake from one of our local suppliers with a cup of tea or coffee made by our expert staff and volunteers.

POST OFFICE

Our Post Office is open whenever the shop is open; so pop in for help sending cards or presents, returning parcels, or paying bills, or Post Office or Government services.

THE CELLAR

Our cellar is full of wonderful bottles, from all your favourites, both local and far-flung, to a wide range of fine, rare and exotic wines, all at very keen prices. We also stock a wealth of top-class beers - many of them from well-regarded local breweries - as well as spirits, mixers and soft drinks.
