Benenden’s provides a vital Post Office service in a modern open form, integrated with, but separate from, the main shop counter.

Benenden's cannot offer:
- Passport checking services
- Cash exchange without proof of identity and bank cards
Customers requiring these services should please visit the Post Office in Tenterden or Cranbrook. To exchange cash, try your bank.

- Most postal services, Inland mail services including Special Delivery and “Signed For”, most International mail, but not large international parcels
- Banking – our customers can deposit cash and cheques
- Car Tax and Euro Exchange
- Cash withdrawals including Pension & Benefit Payments through bank or Post Office debit cards
- You can send letters or parcels
- Withdraw cash
- Exchange money - Euros are available, large sums can be ordered in advance
